Or, are you asking if there is an Action Replay code that will make you catch a Pokemon in the wild easily? Because if you are asking about catching any Pokemon you want in the wild, then my answer is yes. If you are actually asking if there is a code that will make you be able to catch the Pokemon in the wild easier, then my answer is, yes. I've heard there was a button combination that makes a catch on the first pokeball. It's just rumor though. Other than that, the 999 Masterballs cheat.
